Things to note for wedding bookings:

 

1. Branding and quality of work are very important to us. EPOCH Floral Atelier will only commit to a wedding if the bride is getting all the florals from us for the wedding.

2. Booking is only confirmed when a signed contract and a retainer are both received. Receiving a quote does not mean the date is soft held.

3. Reservation is on a first come first serve basis. EPOCH Floral Atelier is not obligated to notify any clients when the date is filled.

4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Prices are firm and non-negotiable.

6. Our wedding schedule is open 18 months in advance for booking.

7. We provide a free phone consultation session before booking. If the client would like to have an in person consultation, the rate is $100 per hour.

 

Process for wedding bookings:

3. Sign the contract and settle the retainer

4. Florist holds the date
